2- Using your order number and/or your name as a reference simply send us your high-resolution photo via email to email@example.com
3- We will get in touch with you ASAP (normally within a couple business hours) to confirm your order and your picture resolution.
4- Expect your order to be shipped within 7 business days. We will send you an email with your FedEx tracking number as soon as your order is ready to ship.
FedEx ground can take anywhere between 4-8 business days to deliver. Delivery times may vary and are out of our control.

For the best puzzling experience, we recommend SHARP and CRISP photos with a good variety of colors and plenty of textures.
Find a HIGH resolution picture. Ideally you would send us a photo that weighs 6 MB or more, has a dimension of 3008x2000 pixels or larger and at least 100 DPI. We can work with slightly lower quality but results may vary.
Cellphone shots are often OK as long as the file is sent from the original device to our email, you should be able to zoom and still have a defined and detailed quality image for us to be able to print. Please help us capture your memories in detail: don't download images from social media (FB, Instagram, etc.) as these would print blurry.
The suggested resolution is 150-300 DPI or more than 1MB. Image files can be PNG, PDF, or JEPG, contact us if you've questions.
We apologize for any inconvenience as for the moment we're not able to add text, alter backgrounds, make collages, etc. We are not able to modify your picture please submit your image for us to print "as is".
Yes, we ship all over the world. We have FREE SHIPPING options available only for USA (no PO boxes, no contiguous territories/islands), CANADA and MEXICO.
For other countries shipping costs will apply, please contact us and we will get a quote for you. We will send a draft order with the shipping costs included.
It depends on where you are. It takes us between 5-7 business days to process your order.
From there, depending on your country and zip code, deliveries can take anywhere from 5-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We ship through FedEx Ground. Contact us if you need us to expedite your order and we will quote FedEx Express if available.

Unfortunately, we can’t refund custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We want you to have the ultimate buyer experience and we will make sure to evaluate every specific situation and have someone from our team follow up closely with you.
Contact us within 5 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com. Please your refund will have all shipping fees deducted from your total purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
