A FEW NOTES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE, we work with state-of-the-art wood laser cut technology and the best of craftsmanship to make a unique experience that includes:

ABOUT THE PUZZLE:
Depending on your selection, you will receive individually bagged puzzles with your logo or phrase on them or a beautifully handcrafted wooden keepsake box with your image printed on the lid, and your puzzle will come unassembled and bagged. Use the standing box as an easy-to-see image reference and save it as a keepsake if you decide to frame your work.

*OUR PUZZLES ARE WICKED COOL BUT THEY ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR KIDS* We recommend our puzzles for teens and older. We suggest that an adult work with children under 8 years old. Some pieces might pose a choking hazard for toddlers.

ABOUT YOUR PICTURE:
Make sure your pic has a good image resolution: Cellphone shots are often OK as long as the file is sent from the original device to our email, you should be able to zoom in and still have a defined and detailed quality image for us to be able to print. Please help us capture your memories in detail: don't download images from social media (FB, Instagram, etc) as these would print blurry.

The suggested resolution is 150-300 DPI or more than 1MB. Image files can be PNG, PDF, or JEPG, contact us if you've questions.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Some images might need to be slightly cropped to fit the selected format and size. We will contact you to verify before printing plus will provide you with format and resolution samples of your picture for you to approve. We will contact you with questions and will run a draft for you to pre-approve.
