The Product

The Challenge
AGROMAS needed a corporate gift that could do three things at once: carry their brand with pride, feel premium in the hands of recipients, and reach contacts across multiple locations in Mexico — without creating a logistics project for their internal team. That's a short list. Most corporate gift suppliers can't fill it.
What We Built Together
300 custom wooden jigsaw puzzles built around AGROMAS's animal-themed brand designs, each in a laser-engraved handmade keepsake box. Taking brand artwork that lives on packaging and screens and turning it into something tactile, frameable, and worth keeping. Each gift arrived individually addressed, presentation-ready, with no fulfillment coordination needed from the AGROMAS team.

Can you put our company logo on the puzzle box?

Can the puzzle image itself be branded?

What is the minimum order?
- Minimum order is 10 units. Most corporate programs run between 25 and 500 units.

What are typical lead times?
- Most orders ship 5 to 7 weeks after artwork approval. Full timeline from first conversation: 7 to 10 weeks. For Q4 seasonal programs, start the conversation by September.
Can you ship directly to individual recipients?
- Yes. White-glove direct shipping to individual recipient addresses with tracking — each gift packaged and delivered individually. Popular for remote team gifting and client appreciation programs. Quoted separately based on recipient list.
Do you work with marketing agencies and procurement teams?
- Yes. We work with in-house marketing and brand teams, executive assistants, HR teams, and through marketing agencies and procurement vendors. Purchase order invoicing is available.
Can we order different images for different recipients?
- Yes. Many programs use one image for the broad recipient list and a distinct image for VIP or executive-tier recipients in the same order. Quoted based on number of distinct artwork files.
Can we include a custom message inside the box?
- Yes. A custom message, campaign tagline, or personal note can be engraved on the inside of the keepsake box lid. Recipients see it every time they open the box.
What file formats do you need?
- For the puzzle image: PNG, JPG, or JPEG at 300 DPI at final print dimensions. For the logo: same, or vector (AI, EPS, SVG) preferred. File prep assistance included.
Do you charge sales tax?
- No. We operate from New Hampshire with no sales tax nexus in other states. Orders ship without sales tax across the United States.
Can we order a sample first?
- Yes. On qualifying orders we produce a single sample for your team to approve before the full run begins. Sample availability confirmed at inquiry.
