ABOUT YOUR PICTURE:

Please ensure that your picture has a good image resolution. Cellphone shots are usually fine as long as the file is sent from the original device to our email. This will allow us to zoom in and maintain a clear and detailed image suitable for printing. Help us preserve your memories with precision - please refrain from downloading images from social media (such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.) as these may appear blurry when printed. The suggested resolution is 150-300 DPI or more than 1MB. Image files can be PNG, PDF, or JEPG; contact us if you've questions.

How to order a puzzle?	Pick a size and add to cart. Email us your photo with your order number to info@whatawoodwork.com. We’ll check your photo and confirm with you.
What’s in the box?	A wooden box with your photo on the lid. A bag of puzzle pieces inside the box. Use the box as a guide and keep it as a souvenir.
How to choose a photo?	Use a clear and sharp photo from your phone or camera. Don’t use photos from social media, they’re blurry. For the best puzzling experience, we recommend SHARP and CRISP photos with a good variety of colors and plenty of textures. The bigger the file, the better. At least 1MB and 150-300 DPI. PNG, PDF, or JPEG are OK. Ask us if you’re not sure. We’ll review your photo and let you know if it’s good to go.
What makes our puzzles special?	We use high-quality MDF wood board, stain by hand and UV-ink to print your photo. We have counted and our hands touch over 100 times your puzzle before we finish your order. Talk about artisanal! We cut the pieces with a laser, so they fit perfectly. You may see some black dust or smell some smoke, don’t worry, it’s normal. Just wipe it off with a damp cloth and let it air.
How long to get my puzzle?	We need 10 days to make your puzzle, and another 3-5 days to ship it in the US. International shipping may take longer. You’ll get a tracking number when we ship it.
How much to pay for my puzzle?	The price depends on the size and number of pieces. From $95 for a 300-piece puzzle (23x15”) to $185 for a 1500-piece panoramic puzzle (47” long). There is FREE shipping within the Continental USA and Mexico. For the rest of the world the cost is based on your location and delivery method. You’ll see it at checkout.
Can you modify the picture for me? Make a collage?	We apologize for any inconvenience as for the moment we're not able to add text, alter backgrounds, make collages, etc. We are not able to modify your picture. Please submit your image for us to print "as is".
What if I don’t like my puzzle?	It won't happen. BUT to ease your mind we will answer lol: For our 'stock' items: If you’re not happy, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. Just email us at info@whatawoodwork.com and we’ll help you out. You’ll have to pay for the return shipping (around $20 USD) unless we make a mistake. PLEASE NOTE that custom orders can’t be exchanged unless there’s something wrong with them 😊
